At Kove, we stand by our gear. If your equipment doesn't help you perform at your peak, you can return or exchange any unused items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the equipment is in its original, unused condition.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier. Once we receive and inspect the gear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
